Description:
1 Wiszego with minimal technical parameters, equipment and requirements specified in the beginning No. 1 to SWZ.2. The vehicle will be intended for transport Air quality control devices. 3. The car must condemn technical requirements specified in Poland in Poland for vehicles on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251 with d.) and executive ordinances to this Act. 4. The car must have approval, issued in accordance with the Act of April 14, 2023 on vehicle approval systems and their equipment (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 919, as amended). 5. The car must have a set of operational technical documentation. 6. The subject of the Claw should be delivered to the seat of the Ordering Party: the Sarnaki Commune Office, ul. Berka Joselewicza 3, 08-220 Sarnaki
