1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a software that allows you to automate technological processes within the Pathomorphology Department and the Prosectory of the SPWSZ in Szczecin.Annex 4 to SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The Employer does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers referred to in art. 7 point 15) PZP. The submitted offer must includeThe entire scope of the subject of the order provided in SWZ. The contracting authority, knowing the market, requires that only contractors with a complete software solution and a hardware solution cooperating with him come to the said proceedings. This will allow you to facilitate the coordination of the entire processrequired by the Ordering Party. The market verification shows that there are such contractors and this will not be the reason for the market restriction.
