- The Employer informs that in the content of this announcement only presents basic information about the scope of the order for "purchasing software and support for the anti -spam system". This information is preliminary, information. Description of the subject of the contract corresponding to the requirements of art. 400 of the Act of 11.09.2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "PZP Act", will be an element of SWZ and will be transferred to contractors along with an invitation to submit offers in accordance with art. 411 para. 2 of the PZP Act. Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) Chapter 1. Subject of the contract: 1.1. Purchase and delivery of an extension of 50,000 subscriptions for the anti -spam software manufacturer Symantec (Broadcom), owned by the Ordering Party, together with the support service for elements owned by the contracting authority, i.e.: a) software with manufacturer's support; b) two Devices - Appliance + manufacturer's support for these devices and at the time when the devices have the "end of support" status (the manufacturer officially stops issuing updates, security corrections or repairs for a given equipment) purchase of 2 devices with the manufacturer's support (hereinafter a total of the "system"); or the delivery and implementation of the equivalent system (hereinafter: "equivalent system"), i.e. including anti -spam software with the right to use it, all required subscriptions (for 50,000 users) together with the implementation and with the manufacturer's support service, on terms ok...
