• 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of software functionality for the expansion of the Electronic Anesthesia Card (EKZ) belonging to the clinical information system (CIS) implemented as part of the National Plan for Reconstruction and Increasing Immunity: Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the protection system health Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. 2. The subject of this order is expansion of the Ordering Party's Electronic Anesthesia Card (EKZ) belonging to the clinical information system (CIS) "TdZ CIS-EKZ Technology for Health with new software functionalities, therefore the above-mentioned functionalities offered by the Contractors must be compatible and have full technical compatibility and legal possibility of their implementation in the system owned by the Ordering Party as part of the expansion in question. 3. The software functionalities offered by the Contractor as part of the expansion of the HIS System (owned by the Ordering Party) should support: 1) availability of information and communication, 2) availability of services and products 3) legible signage, color contrasts. 4.
