1. The subject of the order is the purchase of software, licenses and equipment for digitization purposes paper documentation along with integration with the HIS AMMS hospital system (produced by Asseco Poland S.A.) for the SPWSZ in Szczecin owned by the Ordering Party.
2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ and in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of co-financing the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement by the European Union from funds from the National Reconstruction Plan as part of project titled Implementation of e-services in the Independent Public Provincial Hospital in Szczecin implemented as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.2 "Acceleration of transformation processes digital health through the further development of digital health services.
257 PZP, if public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use for financing all or part of the order will not be awarded.
