Description:
I. The subject of the contract is:
1. Delivery of subscription for 48 months for software for monitoring application and infrastructure of the PUE/EZUS portal (hereinafter: software) in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter II of Annex No. 7 to SWZ,
2. Implementation of supplied software on all The elements of the infrastructure indicated by ZUS - indicated in Table 1 - in accordance with the requirements specified in Chapter III of Annex 7 to SWZ,
3. Provision of the Service Service Service Service in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter IV of Annex 7 to SWZ,
4. Conducting workshops For administrators of up to 240 man -hours in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter V of Annex 7 to SWZ. The contracting authority guarantees the order to conduct workshops in the dimension of min. 160 man -hours.
II. Deadline for the contract:
1. The delivery and implementation of the software will take place in period of 60 days from the date of the contract, but not earlier than 01/01/2026, with the proviso that:
The transfer of a technical design and a schedule project for receipt by the Employer will take place within 15 days from the date of the contract;
Documents indicated in point 1.1. will be subject to approval by the contracting authority within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
2. Conducting workshops for administrators will take place until the end of the contract;
3. Subscriptions for software (software use) - 48 months from the start of work Implementation ...
