Description:
I. The subject of the contract is:
(hereinafter: software) In accordance with the requirements specified in Chapter II of Annex 7 to SWZ,
all infrastructure elements indicated by ZUS - indicated in Table 1 - in accordance with the requirements specified in Chapter III of Annex 7 to SWZ,
providing the software service service in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter IV of Annex 7 to SWZ,
workshop For administrators of up to 240 man -hours in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter V of Annex 7 to SWZ. Order of conducting workshops in the dimension of min. w period of 60 days from the date of the contract, but not earlier than 01/01/2026, with the proviso that:
the technical design and schedule design will take place within 15 days from the date of the contract;
were subject to approval by the contracting authority within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
