- 1.The subject of the order is:
1.1. delivery of Software consisting of NDR, SOAR and Honeypot functionalities along with subscriptions valid for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery of the subscription;
1.2. extension of subscription for devices listed in OPZ table no. 2, 3 and 4 or delivery equivalent solutions.
2. The Contractor will implement the provided solutions in accordance with the Employer's guidelines specified in OPZ point 5. In the event of delivery an equivalent solution will be implemented according to the principles described in OPZ point 8.8. The contractor will prepare documentation post-implementation.
3.Contractor will conduct workshops remotely or at the Ordering Party's premises on the provided solution for the Ordering Party's employees in accordance with the requirements specified in OPZ point 5.7. If an equivalent solution is implemented, the workshops will be held on the basis of the provisions contained in OPZ points 8.10 and 8.11.
4. Contractor will provide the Technical Assistance and Maintenance service for the delivered Software (hereinafter referred to as "ATiK") in accordance with the provisions contained in OPZ point 6. In the event of providing an equivalent solution, the ATiK service will be provided by the Contractor in accordance with the provisions contained in OPZ points 8.12-8.18 inclusive. The ATiK service will be provided for 6 months from the date of implementation of the provided solutions. The basis for performing activities within ATiK will each time be the Ordering Party's Notification.
