Purchase and delivery of spare parts to official vehicles (excluding tires and batteries) used by KWP in Katowice as well as off -road units and organizational units subordinate to the KWP in Katowice. The contracting authority will conclude a framework contract with a maximum of five (5) contractors whose offers meetAll SWZ requirements and the PZP Act and will receive the highest number of points based on the criteria for evaluation of offers specified in Section XX SWZ.
