- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a used, accident-free fire truck for the Volunteer Fire Department in Stobno with technical parameters described in detail in Annex 6.2. The fire truck must be complete, free from physical defects (construction, material, implementing), technical and legal and must meet the requirements specified in za. No. 6 to the SWZ (the Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer with better equipment than described).3. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including emergency vehicles in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), the Act of August 24, 1991 on fire protection (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 188) and has a valid opinion of CNBOP on the date of submission of the offer.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the order. No. 6 to SWZ. It contains the minimum requirements for the vehicle. The Contractor is obliged to complete this description and attach it to the offer as its integral part.5.
