The subject of the order is: "Purchase of specialist equipment for the equipment of the Social Integration Center in Iłża":
Part 1-purchase of a backhoe loader with a set of necessary accompanying devices.
Part 2 - Purchase of green areas care equipment and renovation works.
Part 3 - Purchase municipal set: municipal tractor with necessary accessories.
Part 4 -Purchase of a commercial and person delivery vehicle.
Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract and the manner of their implementation as well as the terms and principles of the contract are specified in Annexes 2a, 2B, 2C, 2D to SWZ and the planned provisions of the contract. The contractor is obliged to fill out - factory specification of new equipment, in accordance with Annex 9A, 9B, 9C, 9D to SWZ. Selecting the "NO" or/or incomplete completed column "Contractor Declaration" may cause the contractor to call to explanations or rejecting the contractor's offer. The contracting authority has made due diligence so that the subject of the contract is not described by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, source or a special process that could lead to privilege or eliminating some contractors or products.
