- The subject of the contract is the purchase of specialized equipment and medical equipment for the needs of services provided by the Health Care Team in Lidzbark Warmiński as part of hospital care one day and outpatient specialist care.
1. The subject of the contract is divided into ten parts:
1) Equipment of an endoscopy laboratory
2) ultrasound apparatus for "caring for mother and child"
3) low -temperature sterilizer, plasma to the central sterilizer
4) anesthesia apparatus to the operating theater
5) operating table for the operating theater
6) flexible video rhinolaryngoscope for the clinic otolaryngological
7) Operating lamp for the operating theater
8) patient heating system to the operating theater
9) 2 Specialized prams for transporting the patient to the operating theater
10) Spirometr for the Lung Disease Clinic
2. The contractor may submit an offer for one or all parts.
3. Detailed description The subject of the contract is set out in Annex 10 to SWZ.
Delivery of equipment of the endoscopy laboratory:
Video processor with a medical monitor and endoscopic trolley 1 pc, video -ikoscope - 2 items,
Videogastroscope - 2 pcs.
Insuflator CO2 - 1 pc.
computer with a registration and archiving system - 1 pc.
mammal endoscopic - 1 pc.
endoscopic wardrobe - 1 pc.
Wash disinfectant - 1 pc.
endoscopic test - 1 item,
Diatermia - 1 pc.
