Description:
The subject of the contract is:
1) Delivery of a factory new SPECT/CT apparatus, its installation, assembly and launching together with the implementation of measurements and necessary tests related to launch, in accordance with the requirements of the law;
2) Implementation of adaptive work (adaptation of rooms intended for newThe SPECT/CT apparatus, in accordance with the manufacturer's installation requirements together with the implementation of the radiological protection project of the laboratory, taking into account the pattern of water and sewage installations, electrical, ventilation, security and signaling system as well as radioactive waste management;
3) ConductingEmployer's staff training;
4) disassembly and utilization of the camera intended for cassation;
in accordance with the border and assessed conditions constituting Annex 3, in the form of the contract constituting Annex 4 and the price form constituting Annex 9 to this SpecificationsOrders.
