Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of a subscription and technical support for VMware vSphere Foundation for a period of 12 months for the Opole Voivodeship Branch of the National Health Fund. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor provides 36 hours of technical support as part of the VMware software subscription. for use within a period of 12 months, including: for: updating the VMware system (patch management, security patches), as well as the entire dependent environment - the VEEAM backup system, 2 HP Synergy Enclosures, upgrading the firmware on ESX HP Synergy 480 Gen10 hosts. The Ordering Party requires technical support was provided by a certified VMware engineer. Terms used in the OPZ indicating trademarks, proper names or the origin of the subject of the order should be read together with or equivalent words. The Ordering Party allows the Contractor to use solutions equivalent to those indicated in the description of the item orders. When offering an equivalent item, the contractor is obliged to confirm compliance with the requirements contained in Table No. 2 of the Description of the subject of the order.
