Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of subscription services, technical support for the existing Next Generation Firewall system and network security devices, and the provision of technical assistance services provided by the Contractor for a period of 36 months.2. The contractor is obliged to comply with the subject matter of the order is to:1) launch (renew) technical support, warranty and service based on the manufacturer's service services (Partner Premium Support or equivalent) for the Panorama system for a period of 36 months from the date of expiry of the currently applicable support, in accordance with the deadline indicated in OPZ.2) launch (renewal) of subscription services for PaloAlto devices indicated in the OPZ for a period of 36 months from the date of expiry of the currently valid subscriptions, in accordance with the dates indicated in the OPZ.3) launch (renewal) of technical support, warranty and service based on maintenance services manufacturer (Partner Premium Support or equivalent) for the devices indicated in the OPZ for a period of 36 months from the date of expiry of the currently applicable support, in accordance with the deadlines indicated in the OPZ.4) provision of the Contractor's Technical Assistance Service for 8 hours months...
