Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of subscription together with the provision of technical support services for the DNS - Infoblox system for a period of 36 months.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
2.1. Delivery covering the sale and delivery to the contracting authority by the Contractor of the subscription for the DNS system;
2.2.Providing technical support services for the software within 36 months from the date of delivery of the subscription and the data described in point 6.5 OPZ providing subscription;
2.3. Ensuring under the law an option for the Employer to use expert hours up to 120Man -hours
3. The subject of the contract was described in detail in chapter II SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
4. The ordering party pursuant to art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for an inverted order of evaluation of offers, i.e. he will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make the contractor's subjective qualification,whose offer has been rated the highest, regarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
5. The contracting authority is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.4.2016 on the protection of personsphysical in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, "GDPR".
