The subject of the order is the purchase for the needs of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") Support Services along with consultations for the Software indicated in Chapter. I.2. specification of contract terms (hereinafter referred to as SWZ).

The Ordering Party requires that the performance of the itemsThe conclusion of the order was made on the terms and conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract together with the annexes, constituting Annexes No. 8.1 - 8.3 to the specification of the terms of the order, and on the general terms and conditions of the Software Producer - appropriate for a given part of the order.
