Purchase of a system for digitizing medical records, i.e. tools for collecting signatures (screens Dedicated with handles, digital pens, additional starters), software, integration with HIS system, licenses for devices, implementation (including preparation of medical records forms), service care.
A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract has been determined:
1) in the contract template constituting Annex 1 to SWZ together with the schedule of implementation works (Annex 2 to the Agreement) and
2) in the functional and technical specification constituting Annex 2 to SWZ, which will constitute an attachment to the concluded contract.
