Description:
1) The subject of the fall is the purchase of technical assistance to be removed for the Oracle software specified in the beginning No. 1 to the draft contract for which the license is granted to the Ordering Party on the basis of other UMW. 2) The Contractor will undertake to experience the test of technical assistance in the scope of: a) right tosoftware update and support in the use of products, b) the right to order new versions of the software, will issue supplements and programming corrections, without additional license, c) to experience technical assistance in the scope of slides, in electronic form (through usOracle Support) or by phone, on business days between 9:00 and 17:00 in Polish and for 24 hours, 7 days a week in English, d) providing electronic access to information about your products, Oracle technical newsletters, programming patches, andDatabases of the agreed technical problems for 24 hours per day, 7 days a week - My Oracle Supporte) Detailed rules for testing the technical assistance to be seen, specifies the attachment No. 2 to the projectContracts.
