Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of technical support services for ORACLE software until October 31, 2028 and a license for a period of 36 months.
2. The order has been divided into a basic order and an optional order:
2.1. Basic order: provision of Support by the Contractor Technical for the Software owned by the Ordering Party - in the amounts and periods resulting from Table 1 of the OPZ and implementation of the Contractor's obligations contained in the OPZ
Basic order: delivery of the Software indicated in Table No. 2 of the OPZ together with the provision of Technical Support for a period 36 months from the date of delivery,
2.3. Option right: the Contractor provides, as part of the option, the Ordering Party's ability to purchase the Software indicated in Table No. 3 of the OPZ and in accordance with the conditions described in § 7 of the Agreement and the OPZ.
3. The subject of the contract was described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order.
139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the reverse order of evaluation of offers, i.e. first it will examine and evaluate the offers, and then it will subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
