Description:
The subject of the contract of this purchasing procedure is the delivery of an X-ray apparatus with a bone and linen attachment along with the adaptation of rooms for the needs of the Provincial Specialist Hospital M. Pirogowa in Łodź, in accordance with a detailed description of the required technical parameters of the medical apparatus covered by the order, which the Contractor is obliged to provide, install/install and launch the attachment to SWZ- required technical parameters to SWZ, including the guidelines in the scope of adaptation of rooms for assembly/installation, constituting an attachment to SWZ: drawings covering Room plan (Fig. No. 1 RTG studio projection) and a design of current ventilation (Fig. 2). The contractor will dismantle and scrap the old camera and present the waste card
