The subject of the contract is:
1 Dating databases from the continuous measurement of television audience implemented throughout the Polish Republic, on a representative panel due to the socio-demographic features of households with television receivers ("viewership in home ") and an individual panel in watching television in situations of being outside the home (" viewership outside the home ");
2 Databases from measuring TV audiences that are a measure of real (actual) viewing of television by household members with a TV receiver in Of the Republic of Poland, and in the scope of data obtained by the Contractor, taking into account the reduction of viewership of linear ads as a result of splitting the programs signal to use ads in DAI technology;
3 Database compliance with a minute viewership measurement of the video provided for households in the Republic of Poland, in the form of streaming via broadband internet access;
4 The use of multi -module software necessary to use the databases referred to in point 4.1 - 4.3 above - hereinafter referred to as "software" - allowing for access to the following data:
4.1 House viewership tests,
4.2 Out of home viewership tests,
4.3fusion of viewership results at home and at home,
