- The subject of the order is the purchase of a telehandler with the following technical, operational and quality parameters: - brand new, year of production not earlier than 2022; - it must come from mass production, it is not allowed to offer a vehicle from unit production and one whose parameters have been changed in order to meet the requirements of these proceedings; - the required warranty period is at least 12 months, counting from the date of receipt of the subject of the order without any reservations; The delivered telescopic loader must have: - an instruction manual in Polish and a catalog of spare parts, - a warranty book, - declaration of conformity with the CE mark or equivalent, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, warning triangle, basic tool kit.
