Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a Microsoft Exchange license:
1.1Microsoft Exchange Online Plan1 user license for a period of 13 months, allowing the launch of 7,200 accounts.
1.2two Microsoft Exchange Server Enterprise licenses with manufacturer's Software Assurance support for a period 36 months.
The order was carried out as part of the government's MPSA program.
3. The subject of the order must be completed by a Contractor with a licensed status Microsoft partner (LSP) authorizing the sale of licenses.
A detailed description of equivalence is included in the SWZ
5. If an equivalent solution is offered, the Contractor:
a) together with the offer it will be demonstrated that the offered equivalent solution meets the requirements requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular by presenting the Ordering Party with appropriate software documentation confirming that the offered software meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party and the provisions of the license for an equivalent solution,
b) submit a detailed design together with the offer technical equivalent of the solution along with installation, configuration and operation instructions for the offered solution,
c) is obliged to include in the offer all costs of its implementation at the Ordering Party, including data migration costs, and will also cover all costs documented...
