Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of temporary licenses authorizing the use of the Splunk system:a) Splunk Enterprise Term License 110 GB/day - 1 pc.b) Splunk Enterprise Security Term License 110 GB/day - 1 pc.2. Term licenses for the software specified in point 1 are purchased together with support services manufacturer (ATiK), active from the date of granting the license by the software manufacturer, but not earlier than December 29, 2025 and valid for a period of 18 months. ATiK service will be provided in Polish or English. 3. The contractor must have the authority to legally sell temporary licenses with ATiK from the manufacturer of the offered solution in the territory of the Republic of Poland or has the status of an authorized representative of the manufacturer of the offered solution.4. The Ordering Party allows the offer of temporary programming licenses equivalent to the subject of the order specified above. 5. Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter I of the SWZ, subchapter V.
