Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of temporary licenses authorizing the use of the Splunk system:a) Splunk Enterprise Term License 110 GB/day - 1 pc.b) Splunk Enterprise Security Term License 110 GB/day - 1 pc.2. Term licenses for the software specified in point 1 are purchased together with the service manufacturer's support (ATiK), active from the date of granting the license by the software manufacturer, but not earlier than from December 29, 2025 and valid for a period of 18 months. ATiK service will be provided in Polish or English.3. The contractor must have the authority to legally sell licenses time periods together with ATiK from the manufacturer of the offered solution in the territory of the Republic of Poland or have the status of an authorized representative of the manufacturer of the offered solution.4. The Ordering Party allows the offer of temporary programming licenses equivalent to the subject of the specified order above.5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Chapter I of the SWZ, subchapter V.
