Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: a) successive delivery of test panels for the rapid determination of antibiograms from positive blood cultures for UCK (package 1), in the range, price, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. b) successive deliverykits for preparing blood samples for identification in the MALDI-TOF MS technique for UCK (package 2), in the range, price, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. c) rental of an apparatus for determining the susceptibility of microorganisms to antibiotics directly from positive blood cultures1 pc. for UCK applies to package no. 1, with parameters, assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 5a to SWZ.d) lease of a device for preparing positive blood samples for identification using the MALDI-TOF MS technique 1 pc. for UCK applies to package no. 2, with parameters, assortmentterms, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 5b to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
