Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of heat energy, including the distribution and purchase of heat energy for Primary School No. 407 in Warsaw. As part of the performance of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party (Recipient) is obliged to notify the distribution system operator (hereinafter referred to as: DSO) about the conclusion of contracts with the Contractor (Seller).2. The estimated consumption of thermal energy for a period of 13 months is 2,677 (GJ). The above amounts are estimated amounts and do not constitute an obligation for the Ordering Party to purchase thermal energy in the given amount. If the indicated amounts of energy are not used, the Contractor is not entitled to any financial claims in this respect.3. The heat energy supplied by the Contractor will meet the parameters and quality standards specified in applicable legal provisions, in particular the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and implementing acts issued based on it.
