Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of heat energy, including the distribution and purchase of heat energy for schools and educational institutions in the Białołęka district of the capital city of Warsaw. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ.
2. The Ordering Party conducts these proceedings for the following schools and educational institutions in the Białołęka district of the capital city of Warsaw: Warsaw:
1) Kindergarten with Integration Departments No. 65 "Tarchominek"
2) Kindergarten No. 192 "Wesoły Pędzelek"
3) Kindergarten with Integration Departments No. 226 Little European
4) Kindergarten with Integration Departments No. 430

7) Primary School with Integration Departments No. 342 named after Jan Marcin Szancer
8) Primary School with Integration Departments No. 344 named after Warsaw Uprising
9)Primary School no 355
10) High school General Education No. 105 named after Herbert.
3. Each of the above-mentioned educational institutions of the Białołęka District of the capital city Warsaw will sign its own contract with the Contractor, in accordance with the contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party declares that the forecast consumption of thermal energy is estimated for a period of 36 months months.
The estimated levels of thermal energy consumption are based on the actual historical consumption of thermal energy from 2022-2025.
