1. Description of the subject of the order: a) The subject of the order is the delivery of three passenger cars for ZDMK. The order is divided into 2 parts: Part 1: One passenger car from the D segment b) The Ordering Party will describe the subject of the order using the following attachments: Designed provisions contracts (PPU), which is stated at 2.1 of SWZ, description of the subject of the polling 24 months, a maximum of 60 months warranty for mechanical, electrical and electronic components (offers containing the period of warranty and the guarantee than 24 Miesice will be rejected), a minimum of 36 months, a maximum of 48 months warranty on the paintaker (offers containing the warranty period of a shorter than 36 months will be rejected), 120 months warranty on the perforation of body elements. trademarks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems, products may be replaced by equivalent ones.
