The order of the contract is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture withHeadquarters in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party"), the purchase of time licenses in the subscription model for a period of 24 months from the date indicated in the reception report referred to in § 3 para. 1 of the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter: "P.P.U."), constituting Annex 8 to SWZ, with the deadlineNot earlier than from 30/03/2025 for the 2 -class devices of the Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) Paloalto PA -5250 devices equipped with 10GE insoles (each 12 pcs.by the contractor of the manufacturer's warranty service for NGFW equipment and software on the conditions described in the P.P.U., constituting Annex 8.IT - the right to use (on the basis of subscription) from time licenses for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 30/03/2025,
