Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase, along with the delivery, bringing and assembly of metal furniture for the Faculty of KWP in Katowice and units of the Silesian Police garrison and CBZC divided into 4 parts/tasks. The technical parameters of the range described in Annex 3.1-3.4 to SWZ are the minimum Requirements of the Ordering Party. The assortment should have required in the content of Annex 3.1-3.4 to SWZ and the law certificates, certificates, quality certificates and meet all requirements of standards specified in applicable law. The contracting authority allows the differences in the dimensions given in Annex No. 3.1-3.4 to SWZ at +/- 5%. The Employer does not agree to change the assortment provided to a different than the one that was offered in the offer form, which is Annex 1 to SWZ, with the proviso as below. The contracting authority agrees to change the assortment provided to other than The one that was offered in the price form in cases of demonstrating by the Contractor that the offered assortment was withdrawn from the sale or ceased its production, there is no access to it on the Polish market (confirmed by the manufacturer or trade representative to the Polish market) The Employer allows the possibility of offering and providing another range, provided that its technical parameters are not worse than the offered product, and the price is not higher than the offer offered in the offer form.
