Description:
The procedure is conducted to establish a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter: DSZ) and qualify for contractors to receive orders as part of DSZ for purchase, together with the delivery of cleaning products for the needs of GTL S.A. Case number: DSZ/34/DIF/2025. In this proceeding, the Employer will make subjective qualification of contractors who will be allowed to participate in DSZ. All contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure and not subject to exclusion on the basis of the conditions set out in this announcement will be qualified to DS. Qualifying contractors for DSZ does not constitute a commitment to the contracting authority to grant the Contractor/Contractors of partial orders. The Employer will post individual partial orders on the Josephine platform. Contractors qualified for DSZ will receive invitations to submit individual offers partial. The contractor's registration on the Josephine platform will take place when the application for admission to DSZ will be submitted. The Employer points out that the quantities presented on the order of the order are average sizes on a 12 -month scale and they are only approximate, which is not from The ordering party's obligation to buy the goods in the given quantity.
