Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase together with the delivery of motor vehicles for the needs of the Silesian garrison under the framework agreement divided into 17 tasks. The contracting authority will conclude a framework contract with a maximum of eight (8) contractors whose offers meet all SWZ requirements and the PZP Act and receiveThe highest number of points based on the criteria for evaluation of offers specified in Section XX SWZ. In the event that fewer bids are submitted not subject to rejection, the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with all contractors who meet all the requirements of SWZ and the PZP Act. If it affectsOne offer not rejecting a given task, the ordering party will conclude a framework agreement with one contractor. The Employer informs that after the conclusion of the framework agreement, the partial (executive) orders will be successively granted as needed and funds obtained for implementation, in accordance withthe terms of the order specified in the framework agreement, without conducting a competitive procedure pursuant to art. 314 para. 1 point 1 of the PZP in the form of cascading orders on the basis of unit prices offered in the procedure conducted to conclude a framework agreement described in the point3.1-3.4 of Section IV SWZ, subject to § 7 and § 9 para. 3 of the planned provisions of the contract. The contracting authority, after selecting the offers of contractors with whom the framework agreement will be concluded, will draw up a ranking in the order in order of points obtained in the criterion for assessing offers from the highest rated.
