Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: purchase together with the delivery of official vehicles for the needs of forensic technicians of the Masovian garrison - 5 pieces.
The contractor undertakes to deliver with his own transport and at its own expense 5 (five) items of factory new (year of production in accordance with the year of delivery) of vehicles specialized, category N1 adapted to transport two people and load, with permissible total mass (DMC) not more than 3500 kg, meeting the requirements of the technical specification specified in Annex 1 to SWZ.
2 With:
a) technical specification, which constitutes Annex 1 to the contract
b) the principles of technical knowledge, commonly applicable standards and standards in this respect, including applicable regulations,
c) he had the required approvals and approval in the field of utility values.
3. Contractor on Delivery of the vehicle will provide the Ordering Party with complete documentation indicated in the technical specification.
4. The user requires that the vehicle be delivered to be made in accordance with:
a) technical specification,
b) the principles of technical knowledge, commonly applicable standards and standards in this respect, with taking into account the applicable regulations,
a) he had the required approvals and approval in the field of utility values.
5. The Contractor on the day of delivery of the vehicle shall provide the Employer with complete documentation indicated in the technical specification.
