Description:
The procedure is conducted to establish a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DSZ) and qualify for contractors to receive orders for the purchase of cleaning products for employees of operational and technical services employed in the Upper Silesian Aviation Society. ARE. Case number: DSZ/5/DIF/2024
The procedure does not apply to the project or co -finance program from the European Union.
In the proceedings, the Employer will perform the subjective qualification of contractors who will be allowed to participate in DSZ.
Everyone will be qualified to DSz Contractors meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings and not subject to exclusion on the basis of the conditions specified
The qualification of contractors for DSZ does not constitute a commitment to the contracting authority to grant the Contractor/Contractors of partial orders. The Employer will post individual partial orders on the Josephine platform. Contractors qualified for DSZ will receive invitations to submit individual partial offers. The contractor's registration on the Josephine platform will take place when the application for admission to DSZ will be submitted. The Employer points out that the quantities presented in the subject of the order are average quantities on a 24 -month scale and they are only approximate, which does not constitute an obligation on the part of the contracting authority to buy the goods in the given amount.
