- 1. The subject of the contract is successive sales along with the delivery of disposable materials and medical agents, dressings and small medical equipment hereinafter referred to as the "assortment".
2. The setting description of the subject of the contract was included in Annex 2 to SWZ (Formassortment and price). The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are included in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.Certificate of compliance in accordance with the Act of 07 April 2022 on medical devices and have at least a 12 -month fitness period for use from the date of its delivery to the Ordering Party.The possibility of making changes to the amount of assortment ordered, specified in the Contractor's offer due to the actual demand for the range. These changes may consist in increasing or reducing the amount of one assortment, at the cost of reducing or increasing the amount of another rangecovered by the subject of the contract.
5. The landlisher reserves, if necessary, the possibility of ordering another assortment not included in the assortment and price form, provided that the Contractor will offer a different range and its price will be market.
