Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of an agricultural tractor, intended for field, transport and farm work, adapted to work with agricultural machines equipped with a standard three-point hitch system (TUZ) and a power take-off shaft (PTO) and a front three-point hitch. suspension system (TUZ). The offered vehicle must be brand new, year of production not older than 2025, cannot come from an exhibition or exposition, complete, have the approvals and certificates required by law and meet standards. The delivered vehicle must be ready for operation without any additional costs time. The Ordering Party requires at least 48 months warranty or 5,000 engine hours.2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Chapter III of the terms and conditions orders.
