Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of an agricultural tractor with a snow plow and a butterfly tractor spreader for winter maintenance at the District Road Authority in Mrgowo. Year of production not older than 2025. Detailed description of the subject of the order contains Appendix No. 5 to SWZ Technical specification of the tractor with winter maintenance equipment. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to deliver the subject of the order brand new, complete, with a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, having the required technical parameters, meeting the standards required by Polish law and free from any physical and legal defects. The technical parameters given in Annex 1A to SWZ are minimum parameters. The ordering party allows the use of solutions/ equivalent parameters, provided that the Contractor demonstrates that the offered solution is equivalent with technical, operational and operational parameters that are no worse or better than those required by the Ordering Party.
