Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a tractor trailer with a minimum load capacity of 4,000 kg and a brand new tractor with accessories with a production date no earlier than 2025, together with a front loader. The subject of the order must be fully operational, free from construction and material defects, implementing and legal regulations and meets the technical, quality and operational requirements specified in the detailed description of the order. The equipment should have all documents necessary to complete formalities related to admission to traffic on public roads and an operating manual in Polish. Ordering Party requires that the tractor be covered by at least 24 month warranty period. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order at his own expense and risk, delivery address: ul. Kosznickiego 3, 83-230 Smtowo Graniczne. The contractor must be an authorized dealer of the manufacturer and have a stationary service station within a distance of 100 km from the registered office of the Ordering Party.2.
