The subject of the order is the delivery of one truck tractor with one trailer, brand new, compliant with the GSR II standard, year of production 2026, meeting the technical conditions specified in the additional conditions for vehicles intended for driving lessons and examination of persons applying for driving licenses. driving within the scope of category C+E driving license, specified in the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002, regarding the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws No. 32, item 262, as amended) and of November 24, 2023 regarding examination persons applying for driving licenses, training, examinations and obtaining licenses by examiners and templates of documents used in these matters (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2659).
