Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 2 pieces of brand new power generators mounted on a trailer. The subject of the order is implemented under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025, Area 2 security logistics and ensuring continuity of supplies, creating and maintaining resources intended to implement civil protection tasks in relation to threats in the commune area.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. Delivered the subject of the order must: a) be brand new (year of production 2025), undamaged, free from defects, complete, fully technically functional, suitable for proper operation in accordance with the functional scope and purpose, b) constitute the sole property of the Contractor and be free from the rights and claims of third parties, c) has all the operating permits and marketing authorizations required by law, d) has all the required certificates confirming the completion of the conformity assessment procedure and placing on the market on within the European Union.4. The subject of the order should be delivered at the expense and risk of the Contractor to the place indicated by the Ordering Party...
