- The subject of the order is: Purchase of a trailer/container for decontamination in order to carry out a task under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. a) The trailer must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including requirements regarding emergency vehicles. in accordance with the acts of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law together with the implementing provisions of the Act and meets all the requirements of the Ordering Party specified further in the appendix. b) The trailer must be marked in accordance with the recommendations of the Silesian Voivode with the "Population Protection" logo and international mark of civil defense. Data regarding marking will be provided by the Ordering Party during the execution of the order. c) The trailer is brand new, year of production not earlier than 2025 (including tires). d) The trailer must have an approval certificate issued by the competent minister or a certificate EC conformity, which must be provided no later than on the day of receipt.e) If, after installation, the permissible parameters resulting from the approval are exceeded, a type approval certificate is required for the entire trailer in the installed configuration alb...
