Description:
1. Purchase of phantoms and a training heart monitor.2. The scope of the subject of the order (for both parts of the order) includes in particular: 1) delivery of brand new goods (year of production: 2025), from current production and unused before the date of delivery, from official distribution channels manufacturer, ensuring in particular the implementation of the warranty rights of the equipment in the scope and quantity specified in Annex No. 1.1 and 3.1 to the SWZ, together with its transport, bringing and assembly (if applicable) and setting up in the place indicated by the Ordering Party, 2) delivery of the required equipment together with the order to use the instructions in Polish (if applicable), 3) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the order, 4) providing along with the order warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all wires, cables and connectors necessary for proper operation, etc. (if required for the proper operation of the product), 5) the costs of transport and insurance of the delivered equipment are borne by the Contractor, 6) the Contractor is responsible for the entire order, including its progress and timely execution, like...
