Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of a van type delivery vehicle with loading lifts for the Katowice City Hall. The vehicle must be brand new - year of production 2025, accident-free, meeting Polish requirements, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the implementing regulations to this Act. Warranty period and warranty for defects: The Ordering Party requires that the warranty period is 24 months with no mileage limit. Moreover, the Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for defects be equal to the warranty period. The Ordering Party requires that that vehicle service would be provided at an authorized service station located within a radius of 30 km from the border of the city which is the registered office of the Ordering Party (Katowice).
