Description:
1. The subject of the basic order is the purchase of a type C ambulance with equipment (electro-hydraulic stretcher with an electric loading system, skid transport chair) for the needs of the Bielsko Emergency Medical Rescue team.
2.The right of option:
2.1 The Ordering Party reserves the right the right to unilaterally under option law to extend the order. The option right covers the purchase of one (additional) type C ambulance with equipment (electro-hydraulic stretcher with electric loading system, skid transport chair). The subject of the contract under the option law must be identical to the item in the basic order. Delivery (including warranty terms) under the option right will be carried out on the same terms and conditions as for the basic order.
2.2 If the Ordering Party exercises the option right, the Contractor is obliged to do so implementation, under the conditions specified in the contract.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to this specification.
4. The Contractor will ensure that the vehicles delivered will be:
4.1. brand new, fully functional, without defects, not for demonstration purposes, not subject to sale exposure,
4.2. their construction standard includes at least a medical structure, a main stretcher with a stretcher transporter, and a transport chair.
4.3.have been produced no earlier than 2024. (base vehicle),
