Description:
1 Cars have to convent technical requirements determined by regulations in Poland for vehicles moving on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of 20 June 1997 Law onroad traffic (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1251) and executive regulations to this Act, in this, have approval, issued in accordance with the abovementioned set. 3. The place of delivery will be the seat of the Ordering Party: Marshal's Office of the Witokrzyskie Voivodship, al. September Kielce 3, 25-516 Kielce. 4.The price of cars must include all costs that the Ordering Employer is incurred from the delivery of the subject of the plait to the ordering office. 5. The contractor must a proprietary subject of the pollination in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party, specified in SWZ and the beginning No. 1 to SWZ (a detailed description of the subject of the pollination). 6.The ordering entity requires that the offered object of the skew to be high quality, factory new and complete. 7.
