- The subject of the proceedings will be the purchase, delivery, installation of equipment and conducting training in the operation and maintenance of the efficiency of a type C road ambulance with equipment and the diagnostic equipment installed in it. 1. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the Vehicle: 1) brand new and complete, 2) free from physical and legal defects, not encumbered with the rights of third parties, 3) not being a demonstration vehicle, 4) manufactured no earlier than 2025, 5) consistent with the requirements specified in the Specification of Order Conditions under which this contract is concluded, and also consistent with the Seller's offer, and description of the subject of the order and statements and documents submitted by the Seller at the stage of the public procurement procedure, 6) meeting the requirements specified in the provisions of law, including those specified in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law, Act of April 7 2022 on medical devices and the Acts of September 8, 2006 on State Emergency Medical Services, and implementing acts issued on their basis,7) approved for marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland,8) meeting the requirements specified w...
