Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a complete endoscopic set for the needs of the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie Sp. z o. o., in accordance with Annex 1 to the specification - a detailed description of the subject of the contract. The terms of the quality of quality and service guarantee are Annex 1.1 to specifications.
2. The order of the contract is divided into 5 parts/packages:

The task will be co -financed as part of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increase Restoration - Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the protection system health ", investment D1.1.1 Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialist care centers and other medical entities.
