Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of gas fuel together with the gas fuel distribution service, i.e. high -methane gas with symbol E to the gas collection points of the organizational units of the city of Kalisz and other entities for the purposes of a joint order conducted on the basis of art. 37 paragraph 2, art. 38 para. 1 and art. 41 of the Public Procurement Law, implemented on the basis of a comprehensive agreement referred to in art. 5 para. 3 of the Act of April 10, 2007 Energy law and as part of a comprehensive service within the meaning of art. 3 point 30 of the Energy Law.
2. Substitutes covered This procedure, hereinafter referred to as "final recipients" on behalf of and for which the city of Kalisz will conclude pursuant to art. 38 para. 1 and art. 41 of the Public Procurement Law Act, a contract for purchase under a comprehensive gas fuel agreement and its distribution in 2026 were indicated
In Annex 3 to the contract "List of contracting authorities".
3. The scope of the order includes the sale and provision of gas fuel distribution services to gas collection points - for buildings, premises and utility facilities, for which the gas invoice payer is 41 organizational units of the city of Kalisz and 3 Other entities for the purposes of a joint order, qualifying as a recipient:
62b para. 1 point 2 of the Energy Law,
